Rukayat Akande -Yusuff
CEO/Executive Director
Rukayat Akande-Yusuff is a compassionate and results-driven care professional with extensive hands-on and supervisory experience in the disability and community support sector. Over the years, she has supported individuals with developmental disabilities, autism, and mental health challenges across diverse settings, gaining deep insight into client-centered care and behavioral support. Known for her reliability, empathy, and strong leadership, Rukayat has successfully managed care routines, coordinated staff activities, and built trusting relationships with families and agencies to ensure high-quality service delivery. Her practical experience is backed by advanced education and continuous professional training in crisis prevention, trauma-informed care, and medication administration.
